This preliminary notice describes the public website and request workflow as currently implemented. It is not a final commercial privacy policy; customer deployments require separately approved terms.
Current website behavior
This website does not include analytics, advertising trackers, or user accounts. The pilot-request workflow is feature-gated and does not accept applications unless it is explicitly enabled with its required security and delivery configuration.
Website request information
When secure request intake is enabled, a request may collect your name, work email, optional phone number, organization, optional organization type, optional number-of-sites range, request intent, and a short description of the security outcome you need.
Zero Trust Security uses this information to route and respond to the request, evaluate product or deployment fit, and administer the conversation. Submitting a request does not enroll you in a general marketing list.
Please do not submit sensitive data
Do not include passwords, network credentials, IP ranges, security logs, incident evidence, vulnerability data, customer information, or other sensitive infrastructure details in the request or later correspondence unless a separately approved secure process is provided.
Delivery and application records
The initial low-volume workflow uses the configured transactional delivery provider to send the application to an authorized review mailbox. The website does not write applications to a local file, browser storage, analytics service, or website database. A specific retention period is not established in this preliminary notice.
Hosting and technical data
The hosting and anti-automation providers may process routine technical request data needed to deliver, secure, and verify the service, such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and browser information, subject to their configuration and terms. The application record itself does not intentionally include the applicant's IP address, cookies, request headers, or anti-bot token.
Product data is separate

Changes
This notice will change as website features and launch preparations evolve. Any future analytics, tracking, persistence, or broader data-collection functionality should be reflected here before it is enabled.
